Payer Management: Changing the Credit Card Expiration Date

If you need to update the expiration date for a payment method that is being used for your recurring transactions, you can do so in the Payer Management area.  You can edit the expiration date by viewing the details for a recurring transaction.

Update the Credit Card Expiration Date for a Recurring Transaction

Log in to the Payer Management area (check your emailed recurring transaction receipt to find the included link to the portal).

In the menu at the top of the screen, click "Update Information." Find the transaction you’d like to update, and click the Edit icon in the left-most column.

Find the transaction you’d like to update, and click the Edit icon in the left-most column.

In the modal displaying the details for your recurring transaction, find the fields containing your credit card information at the bottom of the “Payer Information” section.

Next to the prompt “Card Expiration”, you will find drop-down boxes where you can enter a new month and year.

To save your changes, scroll to the bottom of the modal and click the button that says “Save”.
