Re-sending a Sent Email

A list of all emails sent from the Acceptiva system on behalf of your organization (i.e. initial email receipts, recurring email receipts, and failed transaction notifications) are kept in a log that can be found under the organization tab of the main menu.  These emails can be re-sent to the recipient, in case they've lost the email or it somehow did not make it to their inbox the first time.

To Re-Send a Sent Email

In the main menu, hover over the word ‘organization’ then click on ‘sent emails.'

Locate the email you wish to resend (note that you can filter the list of emails to narrow the results) and click on the ‘view details’ icon (the four blue lines to the left of date).

Click the blue 'resend' button in the bottom left corner of the modal to send the email to the recipient.
