Editing The Banner Image

You can add, update, or delete the banner image for a form easily from the 'Form Settings' area of the form editor.  Note that banner images must be at least 700 pixels wide, not exceed 1MB, and be either jpg, png, or gif format.

To upload a new banner image:

In the form editor for the desired form, click 'Form Settings.'

Click the space in the editing panel for the banner preview. This space may be empty if there is no banner currently saved, or there may be a banner image previewed in this space. Either way, clicking here will automatically open your computer browser.

Select an image to upload for the banner. The image must be at least 700 pixels wide, not exceed 1MB, and be either jpg, png, or gif format.

Click the 'Update' button to save your progress and apply the changes to the preview.

Click the 'Save All Changes' button to save your changes to the live form.

To delete an existing banner image:

In the form editor for the desired form, click 'Form Settings.'

If a banner image has been uploaded to the form, below the banner preview in the editing panel, there will be a checkbox labeled "Delete Banner?" Check this box.

Click the 'Update' button to save your progress and apply the changes to the preview.

Click the 'Save All Changes' button to save your changes to the live form.
