Editing Sections

"Sections" refers to the payment and paragraph sections located on the form above data collection fields.  In Sections, you can edit the details of the section itself and the payment items and paragraphs within the section.  Sections and payment items can be re-ordered simply by dragging an item in the editing panel to the order you desire.  You can also make sections and payment items inactive by dragging the object to the 'Inactive' area at the bottom of the editing panel. Note that payment sections will either be listed listed as the payment type for that section (i.e. "Pick With Price), or as the heading of that section, if one has been set in the section properties.

Section Properties

Section properties concern the details that effect the section itself and payment items within as a group.  Items that can be edited in section details are:

  • Heading
  • Section Paragraph
  • Sold Out Text (displayed over item descriptions if no other text is specified at the item level)
  • Resyncing or Resetting the section items sold count
  • Sold Out status for the entire section
  • Active/Inactive status for the entire section. 

Editing Payment Items

When you click a payment section to edit, the editing panel displays a list of the payment items within the section. 

These can be dragged vertically within the list to be re-ordered, as indicated by the vertical double-sided arrow icon. 

To Edit a Payment Item:

Click the payment item you wish to edit in the payment items list.

Make the desired edits to the item (Item Description, Item amount (if applicable), Sold Out Text, Comment, Required status, Sold Out status, Active status). Note that comments can be styled using basic html.

Click the 'Update' button to save your progress and apply the changes to the preview.

Click the 'Save All Changes' button to save your changes to the live form.
