Finding Your Form's URL

You can locate the URL for your form in the Forms Summary area of the Client Manager.  This URL will remain the same no matter what status your form is in  (Test Mode, Active/Live, Sold Out, etc.)

To find your form's URL:

Navigate to Forms > Forms Summary from the main menu.

You will see a table listing all the forms you have permission to see. The forms' URLs will be shown in this table. If they are not, you must add the Form URL column to the table.

In the upper left corner of the screen, click 'Columns to Display.' Check the box next to 'Form URL.'
