Changing the Merchant Account for a Form

To change the merchant account for a form, you must access the 'Form Settings' area of the form editor:

Log in to the client manager. Under 'Forms' in the main menu, click Forms Summary and locate the form for which you wish to change the merchant account.

Click the 'View and Edit Details' icon to the left of the Form Name, and click OK to lock the form.

Click on the first option on the left that says "Form Settings."

Scroll down to the Merchant Account section and click the drop-down boxes for non-payment, credit card, and e-checks to select the new merchant account.

Click the Update button.

Scroll Up and click Save All Changes.
