Saved Reports

Saved reports maintain the columns you select to be displayed, the order in which you arrange columns, the way you sort column data, and any filters you have applied to the report. When a user views a reporting area, in the top left corner under the report header there is a “Save Report” button next to a drop-down list with the prompt “View Saved Report.”

Any existing saved reports can be selected from this dropdown list. Once the desired report is clicked, the page will automatically refresh to display the data for that saved report.

To create a new saved report:

1
Select your desired preferences (applied filters and displayed columns) and click the “Save Report” button.
2
In the modal that opens, enter a report name.
3
Click the “OK” button (or cancel if you don’t want to create a new report) to save your report.

When viewing a saved report, additional buttons will be displayed next to the saved reports drop down list, including buttons to “Rename Report”, “Set Permissions”, and “Delete Report”.

The “Rename Report” button will open a modal similar to the one displayed when creating the new report where you can enter a new report name.

The “Set Permissions” button will open a modal where permissions can be selected for all users. By default, all users except for the one who created the report will have no access to view the report, except for account owners, who have permission to view all saved reports from all users. The other options that can be selected include “Run Only”, meaning they can view the saved report, but cannot edit the report settings, and “Can Modify”, meaning they can view the saved report and edit the report settings.

Clicking the “Delete Report” button will display a prompt asking for confirmation that the user wishes to delete the saved report. Clicking “Yes” will remove the report from the saved reports dropdown list.

If these buttons do not display, it means most likely means the user viewing the report only has 'Run Only' permission for that report, and the creator of the report must alter the settings for other users to have access to edit the report.
