Manage Sub Client Settings

Sub Client permissions can be managed in the client manager or by Acceptiva. The main settings that can be managed are:

  • The Sub Client Name
  • Whether viewable data is restricted to that pertaining to the sub client and its child sub clients
  • Whether the sub client is active
  • Which data fields are available in reporting.

To Edit Sub Client Settings:

  1. In the Acceptiva Client Manager, go or Organization > Sub Clients
  2. Click the edit icon for the desired sub client.
  3. Make the desired changes
    1. To add or remove columns from the sub client's reporting visibility, select the column from the respective list and click the 'Add' or 'Remove' button.
    2. Click Save.
