Adding Sub Client Users

A sub client user will only be able to see transaction reporting, forms, and sent emails associated with their sub client. To add a user to a sub client:

  1. Log in to the Acceptiva Client Manager as a user who has access to manage users.
  2. From the main menu, go to Organization > Users
  3. Either click 'Add New User' or the edit icon next to an existing user.
  4. The last field in the user's profile information is a drop down list for 'Sub Client.' Select the desired sub client from this list.
    1. If the sub client is not listed here, it either needs to be created by Acceptiva, or you are logged in as a user belonging to a sub client, which does not have the ability to see parent clients or same-level sub clients.
  5. Click 'Save'
