Assigning Forms to Sub Clients

When a form is assigned to a sub client, only users of the parent client and that sub client will be able to view any form details or transactions associated with that form. Only Forms assigned to the sub client will be visible in 'Forms Summary' when a sub client user is logged in.

To assign a form to a sub client:

  1. Log in to a the Acceptiva Client Manager as a user with permission to edit the form settings for the desired form.
  2. Go to 'Forms Summary' (located under 'Forms' in the main Menu)
  3. Click the View Details and Edit icon for the desired form.
  4. Click 'Edit Form Settings'
  5. The third field from the top is a drop down list labeled 'Sub Client.' Select the desired sub client from this list.
    1. If the sub client is not listed here, either the sub client does not yet exist and must be created by Acceptiva, or the user logged in belongs to a different sub client who does not have access to assign forms to parent clients or other same-level sub clients.
  6. Click Save.
