Changing a Payer's Payment Card Information

Payment information for recurring transactions can be updated in the Acceptiva Client Manager.  You may need to update payment information if the recurring transaction has failed and the donor wishes to change the payment information to a different account or to update the expiration date of a credit card.

To Change Payment Card Information:

Ensure you have the "Edit Transactions" permission assigned.

Find the recurring transaction record you wish to edit in the recurring transaction report or by using the recurring transactions search page.

Click the edit icon for the transaction you wish to edit.

Enter the new payment information (card number and/or expiration date) into the appropriate fields.

Click 'Save.'
