Edit Transaction Field Data
If you need to make changes to the information a payer entered into the custom fields of a form for their transaction, it can be edited in the Client Manager. Note that you must have the permissions "View Transactions" and "Edit Transactions" for the form through which the transaction was processed.
To Edit the Custom Field Data for a One Time Transaction:

- Locate the transaction you wish to edit in the transaction report, or use the Transaction Search to find the transaction.

- Click the edit icon for the transaction.

- A modal will open containing the custom fields and cart data for that transaction. The Custom fields are editable.

- Make the changes you wish, and click Save.
To Edit the Custom Field Data for a Recurring Transaction:
Editing the custom field data for a recurring transaction will update the recurring transaction record, so any follow-on transactions will use the new data you enter. If you wish to edit the information for a single follow-on recurring transaction that took place, you must find that transaction in the Transactions report and edit it from there.

- Locate the recurring transaction record you wish to edit in Reports > Recurring > View Active, or use the Recurring Transaction Search to find the record.

- Click the edit icon for the transaction record you wish to edit.

- A modal will open containing the custom fields and cart data for that transaction. The Custom fields are editable.

- Make the changes you wish, and click Save.
