Custom Fields in Reporting

The custom fields on your Acceptiva payment form can be reported in your transaction reports.  These fields are not filterable.

To add custom fields to your transaction report:

  • From the transaction report page, click the 'Columns to Display' button.
  • Navigate to the 'Custom' tab in the window that appears. All custom fields containing data for any form that has been included in the report are displayed in this tab.
    • Note that fields that are currently active on the form appear in black text, while fields that are currently inactive (not displayed) on the form appear in red text. Fields not displayed on the form can still have their data included in your transaction report.
  • Select the fields you wish to include in the report.  If you wish to include all fields that are currently active on the form, check the "Select all fields displayed on form" checkbox
