What Are Sub Clients?
Sub Clients are organizations that may fall under your umbrella as a parent organization. They could be other non profits for which you manage online donations, different branches of your organization separated by location, etc. There is no limit to the number of sub clients that may fall under a parent client, and they are tiered, so that one of your sub clients may have sub clients of their own. This tiered sub client structure keeps data pertaining to each sub client (i.e. forms, transactions, settlements, sent emails, users) restricted to be visible only by that sub client and it's parent organization(s).
Example of Sub Client Structure
In the image above, the Parent Organization has access to view the data for all sub clients, Sub Client A and Sub Client B are on the same tier, so they cannot view each other's data, and Sub Client B can see the data for both Sub Client B1 and B2.
You must contact Acceptiva Customer service to set up a sub client account for you, after which you may set permissions for that sub client account and assign forms and users to the sub client.
