Resetting a Password
Note that Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one numeric and one special character
To Reset your own password:
- Hover over your name in the top right of the main menu, and select "Profile."
- Your basic profile information is displayed in a set of fields at the top of the page.
- Enter your current password into the "Password" Field.
- Enter your new password into the "New Password" field and the "Repeat Password" field to confirm.
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
To Reset Another User's Password
(For Account Owners or User's with 'Manage Users' Permission)
- From the main menu, Navigate to Organization > Account Management > Users
- Click the Edit Icon for the user you wish to edit.
- There are two fields in the user's profile information area: "Password" and "Repeat Password." Enter the new password into each of these fields.
- Note that the passwords must match.
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the profile information area.
