Trouble Logging Into the Acceptiva Client Mangager
If you have trouble logging into the Acceptiva Client Manager, there could be several causes:
- Your password is not set up
- You are entering an incorrect email address
- Other issues with your login
The first two causes listed above are the most common.
Password Trouble
Your password may not be set up if your Acceptiva Client Manager login was recently created by your account owner. To set up your password, go to the login screen and click 'Forgot Password.' Enter the email associated with your account, and you will be sent instructions to reset your password. Alternatively, your account owner or Acceptiva Customer Service can create a temporary password for you.
Incorrect Email Address
If you enter an incorrect email address, we do not display an error message notifying you. We do not display login error messages to provide more security against phishers and hackers that may attempt to access your account. Please contact your account owner or Acceptiva Customer service to confirm what your login credentials are.
Still Can't Log In
If you've reset your password and confirmed your login credentials but still cannot login, please contact Acceptiva Customer Service at clients@acceptiva.com, and we will work to resolve any issues with your login.
