Submitting Changes to Forms
You might need changes to be made to your Acceptiva payment form, whether it’s still in the editing process or it’s live on your website. Requests for changes are easily submitted to our customer service team via email.
To Request a Change by Contacting Customer Service

- Email us at accept@acceptiva.com

- Include the title and the CST code of the page you would like changed. (The CST is the six digit code at the end of the the form’s URL)

- Edits are completed the same day they are requested.
Some features are also editable by you in the manager:
- Page Status
- Text of Paragraphs
- Banner Image
- Background image
- Page Title
