Forms Summary

he full list of your Acceptiva payment forms can be accessed from the menu by going to  Forms > Form Management > Forms Summary.  From Forms Summary you can search for and edit details of your forms. You can also create new forms from this page by duplicating existing forms. Note that if some forms do not appear in this list for you, then you most likely do not have permission to view that form, and you must contact your account owner to assign you the correct permission.

To Search for a Form:

Click the blue filter icon in the heading of ‘Form Name’

Enter the search parameters to find your form.

Click ‘Apply Filter’

The table will now show only results that meet the search criteria you entered for the Form Name filter.

To Edit a Form:

You can launch the Acceptiva Form editor by clicking the edit icon for the desired form.  The form editor is an interactive editing interface that allows the user to easily make changes to their form's details, items,css, and receipts.  To learn more about editing forms, visit the Form Editor Overview

To View A Form:

You can easily access the URL of your form to see and interact with the form as a payer would experience it.  The form will be displayed according to it’s current status (active, test mode, sold out).  To View a Form:

Find the form in the Forms Summary table you wish to view.

Click the View Form icon.

To Duplicate a Form:

You may wish to duplicate an existing form to create a new, similar form that requires minor changes to get a campaign launched without needing to contact Acceptiva customer service. To duplicate a form:
