Turn Off a Recurring Charge

You must be designated and authorized through the permission settings to carry out this function.

Locate the recurring transaction record you wish to update in the active transactions list by navigating to Reports > Recurring > View Active, or by using the recurring transaction search page.

Click the edit icon for the transaction record.

Scroll to the bottom of the modal to view the "Active" checkbox at the bottom of the transaction's details fields. Un-check this checkbox and click "Save" to turn off the entire transaction.

Alternatively:

Deactivate just one or a subset of the items in the recurring cart by un-checking the "Active" check boxes next to the cart items and click "Save."

Note that if you deactivate all the items in the cart, the status of the entire recurring record will automatically be changed to Inactive.
